An ongoing success story

We started working with an ecommerce agency a few months after our founding in 2021. 

They were an ambitious team of fewer than 10, and today they're a group of more than 80. Through the years, we've reshaped our collaboration several times and we continue to be a cornerstone of their ongoing growth.

    Early days

    In the beginning, every person in a company wears a ton of hats - and so did we.

    We helped implement the first project management systems, hired the first project managers, and took on every project we could - from lead generation to research or partnership management, from hiring and training to special projects.

    Growth

    As the company embarked on a growth phase we shifted our focus to creating structure.

    Our main activities became creating a project management system to handle the growing complexity of client work, hiring and training project managers to use this system, and making sure that the structure was adapted every time the company made new changes to their goals.

    Today

    Nowadays, after documenting hundreds of processes and SOPs, and training almost every person coming in the organization in the last 4 years, our work has been cited as one of the main drivers of the company's growth.

    Our systems have gone through several iterations, and our scope has grown to match our client's ambitions.
